A life time of gardening experience and wonder, my name is Rusty and I am looking to help people get to know their land and gardens from a more gentle approach.

Each ecosystem is complicated, with many different participants and some of those relationships are super specialized. Gardening is no exception to this. Our modern world has given us many gifts of convenience but also of destruction. We are poisoning our home and destroying ecosystems at an alarming rate. The home garden holds an opportunity for us to not only have joy, beauty, and incredible pastime, but to learn and support our local ecosystems and to help them thrive. It is needed now more so then ever. We have helped make the planet more difficult for our plant and animal friends, so we should take the opportunity to help mitigate this damage and support and hold up life!
